Pea Place Value Manipulatives

I got this idea from an old math textbook. They suggested using real popsicle sticks with peas or beans glued to them for the tens blocks. I had made them before but the beans always came unglued.

Place Value Charts

 

Kind of a misnomer in my opinion, not really charts, but an interactive. Student makes a given number using the units (hundreds, tens, ones, etc) given.  Nice activity. For lower levels, a number is given, for upper levels words are also given. Great for beginners and up.
